(Fish Roe Appetizer)
Ingredients:
2 tbs. fish roe
Juice of 1/2 lemon
4 slices white bread (crust removed)
2-3 tbs. olive oil
2 drops vinegar
Instructions:
Use mortar and pestle to blend fish roe and lemon juice.
Wet bread and squeeze out excess water. Slowly add bread to fish roe/lemon juice mixture.
Add oil to desired consistency.
Mix well.
Add vinegar.
Spread on bread or crackers and serve with Greek olives.
